Green Plaza

Grivalia Properties is a leading Greek investment company in real estate (REIC) and among the 20 most powerful of the Athens Exchange. The Grivalia manages funds totaling one billion euros and has held the portfolio of 86 commercial properties, the majority of which are in Greece. It also has two commercial properties in Serbia and three in Romania. 

The building complex Green Plaza, is the first of 86 buildings selected for upgrading and for certification as LEED, because of its specific characteristics, the high visibility and excellent accessibility. 

iSmart has undertaken the construction of the site of the Green Plaza, using our Content Management System (iSmart CMS) customizing fully on the company needs, enabling the management of dynamic parts of the website with advanced features. There is also bilingual support which gives the site an international character.

As part of our cooperation, along with the website, we implemented  an electronic presentation (e-presentation) through which visitors can learn about the project. Also, the client uses the iSmart newsletter application(Email Marketing) to inform its partners for the development of the project. 

The site design and electronic presentation were implemented by the MMK Design Team, which has undertaken the whole communication package of the GreenPlaza. The video was designed by Alexander Arapantoni of Minds & Bytes.
